ATV Ban in Oregon!!!

Senate Bill 49 puts serious restrictions on ATV use and sales in Oregon! Kids under 12 would not be allowed to ride at all, and kids 12-15 would be restricted to quads under 90cc! To put this in perspective, my 14 year old little brother who is 6' tall and 230 lbs would have to get off of the banshee and onto a moto-4. There is a lot more to it, but that is some of it. (My little brother is 15 and 6'6" , It would be kinda funny to watch him try and ride an 90cc though)
